That's how it started.

It's a good thing to have but mine is quite worn and needs replaced. But, my cousin who's a chef has me wrapped things in parchment paper before going in freezer bags and that works well. I did that with turkey pot pie slices in Nov and it worked great. I ate the last one last night.

Chicken parm with homemade hand cut pasta noodles. I roasted cherry tomatoes with mushrooms and garlic. Finished in the pan with tomato paste, sardine paste, spinach and my homemade chili-garlic oil for a bit of heat. Added some of the pasta water and absolutely yum!

I love to cook but can't eat much. So, I eat leftovers and freeze a lot. I do eat out of the freezer a lot.

Icky here. It was a steady nonstop rain all day and it's still at it. That said. It's dumping major snow in the mountains that we really need.

I finished my mushrooms quilt last night. All but 2 of the fabrics have mushrooms. It was fun collecting the fabrics over 2 years and then making the quilt. This one is for me.

I just briefly watched a report about the TSA. It's obvious from interviews Americans are clueless about what's happening in government. They vote red or blue on election day but they see it all as government in general. The USA is so uneducated, uninformed, and uninterested. It's sad.
