Anime-style character design of a cute ocean / beach-themed racing queen. She has tan skin, long blonde hair in a jellyfish cut that shows the ocean surface rippling on the inside. She wears an orange sun visor and a revealing bathing suit in a pink-yellow-seafoam gradient. She has a cute checkered belt wrapped around her hips with a mascot of a dolphin and a shark attached to the side. Beneath that she has long straps that connect from her waist belt down to big thigh-high legwarmers that billow out at the bottom and mimic the ocean's deep waters. She wears chunky heel sneakers with tentacle-esque soles. Her arms are covered in skintight sleeves that match the bathing suit.
