I really want to hear the Mayo Clinic's reasoning for considering #ME/CFS to be a PSYCHIATRIC condition when all modern literature on the condition is very clear it's not "all in our heads." Absolutely disgusting & embarrassing from what's supposed to be a leader in medicine. 🤬

My home is a #PuppyBowl household and I was SO happy to see the new "halftime show" this year was a special highlight for senior and adult dogs!! And that they made the cheerleaders for it adult cats!! 🥹 I also love that they have been including more disabled dogs in recent years!!

Showering is different now with MECFS.
It requires a chair. I have to immediately put my feet up the wall after. Then after I put pajamas on I have put the fan on me and turn on my bed cooler and get my body temp down while I rest.
Everything is harder with MECFS.
I was excited to celebrate Imbolc today but my body decided not to make energy so I've been unable to get out of bed all day instead. 😔
