I always think about SNES / N64 games when the game price convo comes up. I explicitly remember my copy of Kirby Superstars for SNES being $100 at Toys R Us 🙃

I’ve found that ironically Gen X is the absolute WORST at having these boundaries, as well as expecting and pushing everyone to follow suit. The generation that fancies themselves anti boomers are in denial about having the same work life balance issues as their parents.
