Not saying it’s simple to switch, but you only have to learn Linux once. You’ll have to re learn the corporate stuff often. The experience on Linux is much more streamlined than you’re expecting. Lots of improvements in the last few years and more to come!
Food for thought: The UI/UX for Windows and macOS are liable to change dramatically (as they already have). Linux offers a choice of desktop environment, including some that have hardly changed in 20 years. If you want stability and security, Linux is your best bet.
