Since Disney switched to MicrosoftTeams, the first five minutes of every notes call is spent waiting for the people who can't get in because, well, Teams. The second 5 is spent discussing how bad Teams is. Then afterwards we debrief (over Zoom) to discuss the notes and also how bad Teams is.
