Hay más de 100 procesos judiciales contra las empresas de IA generativa por la violación a los derechos de autor. Decenas de papers e investigaciones desde 2022 que comprueban que los modelos «memorizan» y almacenan datos usados en el entrenamiento de los mismos. Pero cada quien elige sus lecturas.
Mientras tanto, se habla de una IA generativa ética que no existe en vez de afrontar el problemón social y medioambiental que tenemos delante con la actual; y muchos usuarios se comportan como macacos enloquecidos saltando de un modelo a otro creyendo que alguno es lícito.
