Oh Mr. Flanders… You definitely are not. The best you could hope for is to be equal worst
@timminycricket78
Smiler of smiles, winker of winks, sarcer of sarcasm... love a real chat (to a real person!)… whatever the topic, but engage please, not just banal. Usually smut or politics. 'Silver' fox (!?) 20-somethings, i'm not dad... age is ‘a number’ - mine is more.

Snow White and the seven…
“Never once did Reform promise to cut council tax” insists an angry Nigel Farage to Sky News.
Here's some of the leaflets Reform have been putting out ahead of the local elections
I understand and agree, and the right balances need to be in place. But with chronic underfunding for at least 15 years, what we are getting now is so far from justice... I'd love there to be a top-notch funded jury system, speedy, effective. But i'd also love the USA to have a sane president...
😂 which may make me Moses... to be fair i have just taken two tablets, but they were for a headache...
I remember a chat with Paul McGrath once, many moons ago, and he loved playing alongside Shaun, very underrated player...
Well single justice fast track is one thing that could grow i guess, maybe looking at either way offences... and more. The system needs making more efficient but without a loss of fairness. The flippant lawyer/solicitor comment... well, a grinding slow system means years and years of work...
mmmm yes please
yeah, let's fucking do that... and in the meantime, we are still where we are... vast, vast majority in this country face justice without a jury.
No 'pet beef', but i've sat through enough magistrates sessions where there was no jury, and didn't need to be. Otherwise what do we do? Put up with a system that needs help? Trial by jury (and some jurors are as thick as hell) is great in principle... and will still be there for the vast majority
oooooh, but lawyers don't like it. oh, well that's tough innit, they're getting years of guaranteed work out of it while we get a backlogged court system, run down by the Tories and fabulous lord Chancellors such as Jenrick and Truss, and witnesses having to remember events from four years earlier!
think i need to retake my 'U' levels...
now THAT made me spit my coffee out....
that ain't a tune... that's a symphony...
SO this.... In fact, read Tom Bradby's novel Yesterday's Spy...
'child couldn't cope with proper job' shocker... whoever thought he could, eh Mr Farridge, Dicey and 30p?? (plus rag-tag tories and failed boxers)
Nah, local news reporters have more class, work harder, cover dozens of stories per day, ask proper questions and because their readers know exactly where they live and work, don't take no for an answer.
why does his face look like he has cheeks full of marbles??
i blame their polders
that, and the fact he's a total tosser, cosplay country gent
i think my head just exploded...
OK, shoot me down in flames, but I'm not a fan of jury trials. Take 12 people at random and 6 of them, statistically, will be in favour of the death penalty. I'd rather trust a panel of three legal experts to get it right based on evidence than a bunch of random.
SO much happening... yum!
Those fine people of the Netherlands always look suspicious to me
Mmmmmmm
It’s almost as it Orange Nappy Man and Jayydeeee don’t talk to each other or know what they’re doing…
Stimulating

Seems fair… Come back to bed, there’s plenty to keep you occupied
Don’t forget, and a super-hero pose!
