This week's long run... Whilst I felt (and I know look) exhausted after a ridiculous week - I felt extremely comfortable and loved finishing with @
parkrun(22:29).
I really hope as I up the miles that I can maintain pace, time will tell 🤩

I don't mind the cold but was running a long run think 15 miles that day was about -1°C, and then came a hideous shower of freezing rain for about 15 minutes. I needed to get the run done, cold and soaked, got sprayed by a lorry and just had tears 😭... Embarrassing really, but that was my worst.
Working away up North this week. Haven't been able to run outside, with where the hotel is. So two decent runs on the treadmill and three good swims the past two days.
I forget just how good swimming is after a run 🤩

8miles done tonight, legs felt a little tender, might need to ease off the pace a little for Sundays longer run.

Might not have been the safest day to do a half marathon.Speed was not on the cards,staying upright was; icy at -4°C.

Hello! I run and gym...currently training for the London Marathon.
Currently...
Mon + Tues Run, Weds +Thurs gym, Fri + Sun Run.
That's my current schedule. Likely more running will be added in as the weeks progress.
I aim not to do both in a day.
I'm Run Director at Thetford parkrun tomorrow, so a blast out at lunch to check the course.
No flooding ✅
Ice but not dangerous ✅
No trees down ✅
So far we are looking good.
