Fair. I'd rather wander around the Spanish capital than watch Spurs.

An away draw at West Ham is high stakes. If they beat us, it'll give them confidence in the league. The reverse is also true, especially if we win well - this is no longer just about a surprise cup run, the result - and the performance - could have a league impact #lufc
If we win, we might get Port Vale in the next round (I know, we'll get Arsenal, or rather Norwich will) #lufc
Fortunately not, let's hope he plays well today
I'd guess Amps in a back 3 (push forward in posession), and so Gnonto and Piroe behind Nmecha in a 3-4-2-1? Or maybe not. Who knows.
I know I'm biased, I get that, but Starmer mostly looked like a statesman and she a child, it was one of her worst moments, she really did not rise to the ocassion
Tanaka maybe for Buonanotte?
It's subjective anyway, so unless the handball is obviously deliberate or stops a goal, just give a free kick - a ball grazing someone's hand as they jump shouldn't have such a hard sanction
Also, if the goalkeeper goes down with cramp, fake or otherwise, the rest of the team cannot approach the sidelines, and the coach cannot speak to them - otherwise let's just admit we allow time-outs now.
A penalty for most handballs is rubbish. The punishment doesn't fit the crime. Unless it's stopping a goal or probable goal-scoring opportunity, it should be an indirect free kick.
Yep, most people seemed to be fine with it and understood it's a difficult situation.
The good thing about West Ham winning is that of the four teams vying to avoid 18th spot, West Ham are the one I least want to go down (apart from #lufc obvs) - so if it makes Spurs or Forest more likely for the drop, this is a good thing... (clutching at straws, I know)
Let's hope so! I think apology letters should be convertable into points when you collect enough of them.
"It's a total farce" says one grateful Brit in Oman as they are given a free night in a hotel because the flight the government chartered for them to get back to the UK has a technical fault.
That's what'll happen, but I think the double standards are too much, we should take a stand, make it clear we've had enough.
True, but I wonder if we - worth best intentions - have accidentally established ourselves as a soft touch. If they know we will accept fair sanction with good grace, but will kick up an almighty fuss when it's wrong, maybe they'll be a little more careful.
That dreadful clutter of adverts called the YEP is reporting that Farke will reluctantly accept his red card. I say no, we need to stop being nice and cooperative with authorities that won't play fair. I say fight every single wrong decision every single time. #lufc
I don't think it's a clichΓ© to criticise negative risk-averse defensive tactics of a football match that was very winnable - especially as these same tactics have rarely succeeded in the past #lufc
West Ham appear to be trying to win a football match by attacking the other team - perhaps we should have thought of that tactic, it seems to be working #lufc
I'm at the point where I think we should bring a civil case against the FA for their inability to run the game in a fair and consistent way.
The FA are doubling down on the red card given by the FA's ref. The FA will review Farke's response and then conduct an independent review to decide if the FA are right after all #lufc
Look, I'm hopping mad about yesterday, it simply wasn't good enough... but Liverpool lost to Wolves, so shit happens ... #lufc
Trump has a sense of humour if it involves punching down at others.
It was odd. This tactic has never worked in the Prem, yet he still wheels it out from time to time
The timewasting was frustrating, I have no idea who keeps unplugging VAR whenever Leeds have a penalty shout, but we didn't do enough to win a very winnable game #lufc
Sunderland knew exactly how to play us, and we had no answer to it. I know we don't have much depth in the squad, but they looked tired. Surely it was an opportunity for a change or two to mix things up and try something different? #lufc
I tend to think that Farke has transformed this season, but nights like last night remind me that although he has improved a lot as a manager, he's still got the same old traits of predictabile tactics and late reactive changes #lufc
If this was the wrestling, this is when #lufc would bring on Big Daddy and win in the last minute
This is what happens when we play with caution and low energy - I thought we learnt this lesson months ago #lufc
Good to know they got VAR working for the second half #lufc
