The RAW264.7 macrophages were incubated with rTsSPc protein at 37 ยฐC for 2 h. Different sera (1:20; anti-rTsSPc serum, infected serum, or pre-immune serum) were used as the primary antibody, and CY3-labeled anti-mouse IgG (1:100) was used as the secondary antibody. Cell nuclei were stained blue with DAPI. The specific binding of rTsSPc to the RAW264.7 macrophages was observed under a fluorescence microscope. Each test had three replicates. Scale bar: 5 ฮผm.
