The crowd stretched wide, a hopeful wave,
A land still bent, filled with folks so brave.
So quack we must, and quack we will,
For peace, for truth, for courage still.

Change must come and we won’t stop,
With faith renewed, this duck won’t pop.

Some laughed, cheered, or snapped a pic,
And something in my soul clicked quick.

For when you’re masked, you’re set free,
To quack your truth for all to see.
Through feathered skin, belief took root,
Love showed up bold in bright pursuit.

Each glance said, we will not divide.
After arriving the duck suit came alive,
Absurd, defiant, love revived.

A mic inside, a grandma freed,
Quacked out truth with comic speed.
