I think in one off games it's pretty close. In the Qualification phase the PL had 5 teams in the top 8. You have big teams like PSG, Real, Barca and Bayern but in their respective leagues, it thins out pretty quickly. That's how the likes of West Ham and Spurs can win Europa and Conference Leagues 🏆

I think there could be a few reasons why. First there is the competitive nature of the Premier League, over the course of a season, I think this takes a lot out of players energy levels and the second possibility is that Federations in Europe tend to accommodate their teams with extra day rest etc.

It is my hope (or naivety) that in the future (preferably utopian) that the NHS will offer such tests as preventive medicine, rather than reactive medicine (assuming they are accurate of course)
I have seen similar results from UK private testing. Patients understandably expect tests they see heavily advertised to be accurate and meaningful. Often they aren't
