Been a little busy this year with medical stuff, but I did manage to finish a project. I started this in 2017 it was a mystery project created by Joji Localatti it is HUGE! Six feet huge! 5 different yarns, total yardage 2135! Just about killed me blocking this on my basement floor.

Love my Chaiogoo’s! Prior to using them, I used Addi clicks. Also, the Chaiogoo company allows a local charity group to work out of their warehouse. That even cements my love for them more.

House ownership problems. Nothing lasts or works forever.

And I had my haircut by a friend that doesn’t work in the shop anymore, but maintains her license. And when I think about it, this is how I usually operate. I buy my yarn from small independent Dyers, I go to small businesses for baked goods, meat and produce.
Today I went to estate sales, an antique store, and bought sourdough bread. All independent, small businesses. No big box shopping for me.
