The Rob Demovsky report about another coaching change that LaFleur is working through is very interesting. Hope we know more soon. Also, Gannon was in demand so LaFleur didn’t want to wait.

Initially underwhelmed by the Gannon hire. He had a good defense in Philly with talent. Defenses in AZ were short on talent but creative, unpredictable and adaptable. Wouldn’t have been my top choice but can see some things that appealed to LaFleur.
