As someone with an incredibly easy to pronounce 5 letter 2 syllable last name people are constantly adding random extra syllables and letters when they read it off paper. I think some people’s brains just go a little haywire when they’re reading text to speech. (Not an excuse for recorded vids tho)

Target started a different nefarious version of this awhile back. Various items have tags with no prices. If you scan the tag with your target app to get the price, AI uses your personal data to set a price it thinks you’ll pay.
