I'm not terribly daunted by the coding side of it, I'm sure I can look up a few python tutorials to refresh my memory, it's the actually making a proper database that links all the parts together for the procedural generation that would take way too long and wouldn't be fun for me at the moment.

If I ever find the energy and time to mess around with a bit of light weight programming (and heavy duty list writing) I'd probably make some kind of RPG party generator that gives you stupid bullshit procedurally generated characters with weird classes, stats, equipment and spells.
