In other words, “can him cause his work blows” and “can him because he’s acting in bad faith for political purposes” are two very different things. I don’t really care about the former.

That just goes to the merits. See the OP law professor (Bernick) I quoted who has published extensively about the poor merits of Wurman’s work.
I’m just saying my Alma mater should not employ someone whose scholarship is in bad faith. Your work can be wrong on the merits but made in good faith.
Lawyers often argue “this other document sheds light on what the words of the constitution meant at the time.” In other words he disagrees that the 14th A. actually codified birthright citizenship. Common form of legal argument. His problem is just that he’s making the argument in bad faith.
@umnlawschool.bsky.social
Stop paying someone just so they can audition for a circuit nomination in bad faith.
Particularly someone who refused to sign a document that nearly every other law professor signed which says “uh ICE should stop violating the rights of Minnesotans.”
Does she … think her hearing where she whined to a judge about her work load (and repeatedly refused to be fully truthful) was a good look?
Wild that an old bike lane being replaced by a new bike lane led to this being the new state of city leadership.
(To be fair I don’t really believe Carter would do anything differently here. But I do think the chain of events leading to Her’s election should be highlighted as often as possible).
I am “physical therapist gave me stretches to do while seated in my chair at work” years old.
Ugh. This boy is going to be a controller thrower.
Five year old trying to work a SNES controller. 😬
“Per Tom Homan” is not something serious people rely on when seeking credible, factual information.
The Chief Justice also believed “per Tom Homan” that courthouse enforcement had ended.
Oh my god. My kiddo’s friend who hasn’t been to school since early December was back today. They were hugging when I picked him up. 🥲🥲
So wild that people don’t turn the “typing” dots off on their messaging app!
Haha it’s a pillar of your life if you live on or about west seventh street in STP!
Sometimes decisions made by local units of government annoy me!
There’s a difference between that and then waging a campaign of rage at every public or open meeting held over the following year.
I was going to adopt our bus stop in my kiddo’s name for his next birthday.
Not a fan at all.
Any DFLer spending time on this nonsense is failing in this moment.
Unsurprising this comes from an 83 year old.
Yes I’m ageist when it comes to elected officials. If 70 is old enough to mandate retirement for judges, then it is the same for legislators.
Good for @minnesotareformer.com and for calling our Craig for not even attempting to address explain giving republican state AGs power to sue every democratic administration over crimes committed by parolees.
Giving R AGs—who are bad faith actors as a rule—any authority is wildly incompetent.
After the building was no longer Excel Energy Center, but before a new sponsor was in place, the five year old took to calling it Nothing Energy Center (we walk by it nearly everyday, so it’s a staple in our house). He dislikes the new name, so that’s what he still calls it.
Drinking coffee during teams meeting and it goes down the wrong pipe, desperately trying to reach the turn off camera button before I blow the whole mouth full of coffee at the camera.
Googl’s AI overview to the question “Do I lose an hour of sleep this weekend?” on march 9, 2026; “No, you gain an extra hour of sleep this Sunday, March 8, 2026, because Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends, and clocks "fall back" from 2:00 AM to 1:00 AM, returning to standard time; you lose an hour in the spring when clocks "spring forward.”
Google really puts out a winning product these days.
Also this isn’t even true. Who in the Democratic Party thinks this is accurate?
“The Democratic Party is Yoda”
(for those bot totally up on Star Wars lore, Yoda is not successful story)
And whoopie and … djt.
And REBA!
So is Mel Brooks!!!!
The Olson twins are in this movie.
These early 90 kids movies are outrageously problematic. But still wildly entertaining for modern 5 year olds.
I think we’ll do little giants next.
“We just moved into town. My father purchased the oil refinery. “
“That explains why you’re so refined.”
“Yeah and so oily!”
Alfalfa is like 7 or 8 and Darla is 4 tops.
Alfalfa is like four years older than all the others.
