For Vessa, it almost entirely depends if she wants to go to it or is being strong armed into it. That being said, it's still 50/50 if she shows up on time or in a harried panic for showing up late after being distracted.

Low. Vessa isn't very tactical on a grander scale. In a one on one sure, she's a dualist, but is definitely used to having a party.
On her own she'll run right into a fight, so if another person comes along to take advantage of her being distracted, she will struggle. Plus she hates running away.
