Alphafold model of PPM1H bound to its phosphoRab10 substrate and non-phosphoRab10 allosteric regulator.

CRN Team Alessi showed that PPM1H phosphatase contains an inhibitory binding site for its non-phosphorylated reaction products, Rab8A and Rab10, but not Rab12.
