This Thanksgiving, we’re thankful for the scientists, researchers, and advocates driving progress in Parkinson’s research. 🍂🦃

Each idea tested, discovery shared, and partnership formed moves us closer to a future transformed by science.

Thank you for advancing understanding and hope.

Alphafold model of PPM1H bound to its phosphoRab10 substrate and non-phosphoRab10 allosteric regulator.

Alphafold model of PPM1H bound to its phosphoRab10 substrate and non-phosphoRab10 allosteric regulator.

CRN Team Alessi showed that PPM1H phosphatase contains an inhibitory binding site for its non-phosphorylated reaction products, Rab8A and Rab10, but not Rab12.
