tumblr post from mouse-wife saying: ive been putting it off for way too long because its frustrating and embarrassing but i really need help getting a new computer. my desktop has always been barely enough to handle the streaming i do to make a living but its only gotten worse with time, bluescreening and disconnecting from the internet completely at random. i really need to figure out a replacement before it becomes unusable. i want to replace it with a laptop (theres a few reasons i want a laptop over a desktop but tldr i want a computer that isnt stuck in the very bad household that i live in) and a good laptop will be very expensive especially with the price of computer parts these days. the one i have my eye on is ~$2400 and comparable options that still fit what i want to do are going to be at least 2000. and thats all assuming there arent any changes in availability and pricing. this is more money than ive ever tried to fundraise for anything and its not for anything lifesaving, but i would feel a lot more secure knowing my primary way of connecting with everyone i know and source of income is A) not falling apart and B) not extremely difficult to transport. until i reach this goal unlimited slots for scene pngtuber comms will be available on my ko-fi. i also plan on doing more mediashare streams and larger marathons on my twitch channel to help work towards this goal. itd mean a lot to me if you could help out and share this post! thank you!
