Oh, I can relate to the hand pain. I find relief by using a tennis ball to massage my hand and then resting it. I believe this helps alleviate the discomfort. Additionally, I’m planning to try compression gloves, and I’ll keep you updated on any improvements I notice. Stay strong, you’ve got this!
