We do have gas on our street. Will have to look at the capital cost of the NG boiler. Wondering about power outages. Would a small generator power the circulating pump?
3.5 storey, 3 bedroom home in SJ with a single storey living room wing. Relatively small rooms. Electric hot water boiler, with baseboards throughout. Boiler is 35+ years old. What is most efficient solution?

They ship 2million tons of potash a year on that line so I’m not sure what you’re worried about.
Assume that it can follow the same CN route that Sask potash uses to get to Port Saint John.
