Okay I think I get you, I was just thinking of it on a way smaller scale then you are. I think of our actions as incredibly permanent, and it's actually a huge part of the fuel for my anxiety. I'm always worried I'll do or say something that unintentionally hurts someone bc of my poor social skills.

I'm curious what you mean by "the impermanence of our actions", that's an interesting way to phrase that and I would love to hear more of your thoughts. Personally, I think our actions are one of the few things that are permanent.
