Clearly Smith's announcement of this nonsensical legislation is meant to appeal to JP stans but I also wonder to what degree she is trying to protect Roger Hodkinson, the anti-vax MD and Ottawa Occupation participant who has an upcoming hearing with the AB medical regulator.
Personally, I'm proud of the UCP for the bold move of allowing the car insurance rates to rise so high that the # of people who can afford to drive will drop, thus reducing AB's total vehicle use/ emissions and better aligning us with Federal climate change policies.
That was their goal, right?
When I shared this on the "bad place", I got death threats. Maybe it will land softly here?
