Scottish Conservative drugs spokesperson
Annie Wells MSP told the Scottish Daily
Express: "This organisation has become
nothing more than a mouthpiece for the
SNP. They are enabling the nationalists
failed approach to tackling Scotland's drug
deaths emergency. Over Β£4million of
taxpayers' money has been given to the
Scottish Drugs Forum by the SNP to help
them lobby against common-sense policies
like the Right to Recovery Bill.
Disgraceful comments from Tory MSP Annie Wells about the Scottish Drug Forum.
Who would you trust more:
- an expert and user-led advocacy group who've real knowledge & ideas on how to tackle the drug crisis?
OR
- a Tory politician whose Government presided over failed "war on drugs" dogma?

"It is completely devastating that Glasgow has suffered another serious fire in the heart of the
city- our thoughts are with those businesses and workers who have lost everything. We wish to
thank the firefighters who bravely fought the fire at this historic corner of Glasgow.
"With the intensity of the fire exacerbated by vape products, and with multiple fires recorded in
our refuse service for the same reasons in recent years, Government must act on Greens long-
standing callto fully regulate and license vape products, including controlling how lithium-ion
battery products are stored, and consider whether these products are suitable or safe to be sold
on our high streets atall"
"The economic impact of this fire will be significant and the disruption will be felt for many
weeks, months and possibly years, so strong lessons must be learnt. We must see all levels of
Government look towards how we urgently rebuild what is a true cornerstone site of Scotland's
busiest railway station -we can't keep letting Glasgow's built heritage go up in flames"
Everyone in the Glasgow Greens' thoughts are with all those who have lost everything in the devastating fire on Union & Gordon St.
Below is a statement from City Centre Councillor Christy Mearns π

Fire on union st, currently destroying buildings from the side entrance of Central Station through to Gordon st
The Union St fire is so intense, it's hard to say just what devastation it will bring to the City Centre yet.
I hope we will see this eventually under control, & urgent discussions by all levels of Government & owners to assist rebuilding a true cornerstone of Scotland's busiest railway station π

Joani Reid MP once demanded "the British public deserves to know" whose side Jeremy Corbyn was on with Russia.
Now, the British public deserve to know whose side she is on & if she has financially benefited from an alleged Chinese Spy.
Anything less must call her position as an MP into question.

Playgrounds would become crack dens if greens were in power policing minister says.
Drug deaths have risen every year for 13 years.
Thatβs 13 years of a failed βwar on drugsβ.
Labour should be looking at legalisation, control and regulation - not playing politics with peopleβs lives.
This is a public health crisis. Treat it like one. Not a game.
