I literally woke up at 2 am to my ceiling light falling off & shattering from neighbor stomping around/dropping/throwing shit. Please help me ease some of this anxiety so I can start focusing on ways to have my anxiety meds on hand for situations like this. I'll show pic proof after they fix it.
