There are two cases in Belgium where a care-nurse and, most recently, a Dr have been defrauding the health system.
Charged for services that were never provided.

I’m experiencing patient stops here too. Added complication in a that I’m supposed to get free dentistry via forces but dentists no longer want to work for forces as they have to wait way too long for their money.
There must be ways to force them to either do up the properties or force a sale.
And if they exist, then ‘they’ should start such procedures.
No more f***in ‘speculating’ on housing values…

I’m all for punishment followed by re-integration in society but for some crimes this is just not a feasible option.
Some people commit heinous crimes and anything that involves children and assaulting/raping goes far beyond redeemable AFAIAC.
