The ten second video was released by Iranian state media and directly contradicts statements made by President Trump, who said Iran was responsible for the strike. n.pr/4aVMqZi
Chris Murphy: "I think it's likely the United States that carried out this attack on this school. I think it's unforgivable under any circumstances, but the fact this was one of our first targeting decisions speaks to the incompetence of our leadership at the Dept of Defense."
AOC: Itโs beyond just the American service members who have tragically died in this, and our hearts do go out in prayer to their families, but also the over 100 Iranian schoolgirls who have been killed in these attacks, and the countless people who are affected, possibly displaced as well.
NEW: Four federal judges have formed a firewall against ICE in West Virginia โ and say theyโll punish state and federal officials of they continue detaining people in ways they have ruled illegal and unconstitutional.

This 53 year old man who lived in my neighborhood w/no criminal record & who had been in the US for 30 years, was detained and thrown into a cold cell for days, caught pneumonia and COVID there and deported.
He finally died.
I am so angry.

New: A comedian set up a fake ICE tip line as a joke. Then 100 calls flooded in: neighbors ratting on neighbors, a teacher reporting a kindergartener. Fans say the viral TikToks revealed deportation's "banality of evil." Conservatives say he should be in prison wapo.st/4kM4qbF
A British grandmother with a valid visa detained by ICE for 6 weeks.
"So why did ICE detain her, and keep her locked up for so long? ICE officers are paid a bonus every time they detain someone. 'Individual ICE agents get money per head that they detain โ the guards told me that,' Karen says."

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paulโan hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.
This is Pamela Jo Bondi contemptuously flipping her hair (which is SCREAMING for some purple shampoo) when asked to acknowledge the Epstein survivors seated directly behind her. She couldn't even be bothered to turn her head.
What a rude and deeply unpleasant person.
McIVER: Do you consider yourself a religious man?
LYONS: Yes mam
McIVER: How do you think judgment day will work for you with so much blood on your hands?
LYONS: I'm not going to entertain that question
McIVER: Do you think you're going to hell, Mr Lyons?
Please call the Senate they will vote very soon on whether to allow dangerous sulfide-ore copper mining on the edges of Minnesotaโs Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Tell them to vote NO on House Joint Resolution 140 (H.J. Res. 140).
Hereโs the situation in the Twin Cities:
Random Bovino-style tear-gassing: Way down
Relentless persecution of immigrants: Unchanged
Thuggish violence against observers: Way up
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) โ Alberto Castaรฑeda Mondragรณn says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance. But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friendโs car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.
ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man โpurposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.โ
What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldnโt remember he had a daughter.
NSA's whistleblower report is about contacts between foreign intelligence and someone close to Trump. Instead of acting on this information to protect the United States, Gabbard tipped off the White House and squashed an internal investigation to protect Trump.

These federal buildings have cells designed to hold a few people for a brief period; like a holding cell at a police station. Supposed to be 12 hours max, usually less.
People are being held in them for 7-10 days, jammed in like sardines. Itโs a nightmare.

DHS doesnโt even bother trying to lie well. The man whose skull was shattered told the hospital heโd been struck by ICE officers, an ICE officer told hospital staff the guy โgot his sh*t rocked,โ then when it became clear how badly he was injured, they claimed he deliberately ran into a wall.
