Talking about โbad companiesโ as if itโs like a cafe that does shit coffee & not a facility full of vulnerable disabled kids who are being subjected to practices which you admit are abusive.
What are you doing about it? Fuck all.
Or are you just interested in correcting autistic people who are literally speaking about their own experience?
Doing propaganda for an industry that even you admit is flawed.
โBCBA here, thatโs only true of bad companies! Most ABA is good, stop spreading misinformation!โ
Ok & what are you doing about the โbad ABAโ? How are you trying to help the kids trapped in the โbadโ companies & the parents who were tricked into paying for it? Iโm sure itโs lots & lots ๐คจ
I think yer manโs an evil cunt leave me alone
I said โJ0hnny Dโฌppโ in one post & have been blocking fan bots ever since

I look at two different performances of masculinity and what each can tell us about how masculinity is making you miserable
All doubt that my dad is autistic is gone.
โSet in his waysโ does not cover this ๐
The AI investigators are now trusting the AI to tell them that real creators arenโt worth watching.
You literally could not make this shit up.
โIf the real content resembles AI Slop then I donโt wanna see it anywayโ says a TikTok user in the comments
Youโre trusting AI slop to tell you what to watch. The video I looked up was well-made, a popular channel that makes educational content in a very obviously hands-on way. It didnโt even use stock images or CGI. They were doing fucking experiments & showing results, it had nothing to do with slop.
They are not working towards easy access to AAC, or advocating for communication as a right - as neurodivergent-ran orgs do.
No.
They spend their time bullying autistic people online & advocating for weekly electro convulsion therapy for life. And of course, as much ABA as possible.
I genuinely think itโs easier to set cryptic clues than normal ones
This post is brought to you by my Dad reading out every single clue in the Telegraph crossword & how he worked out the answer like he just cracked Enigma ๐ฉ
Think I might become a cryptic crossword maker.
Just making up any old shit & having old men across the country baffling at my genius 3D cypher skills.
Thatโs a really good sign, but that must have been terrifying, Iโm so sorry ๐
Oh poor baby I hope youโre ok
This video is only tangentially related to the ban on blockers and hormones for trans youth but Iโd love to boost and promote any trans person writing about/reporting on this in the description of the video.
Feel free to self-promote under here with your links, Iโll link a doc with them all.
So well done for using AI to block real creators. Wonderful stuff. Very good. Just what we need.
Just saw a TikTok of someone showing off some โanti AI filterโ (which is โAIโ itself) that blocks out videos from the YouTube homepage with an โAI Slopโ thumbnail instead.
The first video I checked was obviously not AI. It was just faceless & had a high def thumbnail.
Theyโd love to be able to dismiss most autistic people as โnot really autisticโ, a world where *if* you ever make your voice heard, even it itโs with much supportโฆthat means you donโt get to speak.
Your voice wonโt matter because having one means youโre not โprofoundly autisticโ enough to count.
They are not working towards easy access to AAC, or advocating for communication as a right - as neurodivergent-ran orgs do.
No.
They spend their time bullying autistic people online & advocating for weekly electro convulsion therapy for life. And of course, as much ABA as possible.
These people love to say that they โspeak for those who canโtโ.
But when non-speaking people write essays & show up to advocacy events & participate in panels, those same people dismiss their voices as illegitimate.
If you think non-speakers โhave no voiceโ, itโs because youโre not listening.

Thank you to @thinkingautism.com for featuring my video about the (bad) people pushing for a new โprofound autismโ diagnosis & why none of their arguments make sense.
This isnโt about protecting autistic people with high care needs, itโs about protecting the profits & status of allistic-ran orgs.

Estuary wetlands for miles with a single egret in the distance

A power station is creepily silhouetted on the other side of the estuary on a cloudy day
I was in a nice place :)
I guess itโs hard to study as it must be tough to figure out guilt beyond the decisions made by the system youโre trying to study. Thereโs a โrule of law indexโ & a majority of the top 10 countries do not have jury trials, at least not like the UK, some use โlay judgesโ as oversight for judges.
Most countries donโt have them at all. Most of the countries that do have them donโt use them as much as the UK & the US & I feel like those countries arenโt super great at justice? There are lots of different systems tho obviously with their own pros & cons
A judge wouldnโt ignore all evidence because they love Jack Sparrow so much is my thing. In fact, judges did not, they ruled against him. Itโs not that juries are imperfect humans, itโs that assessing evidence, protocol & how it relates with the specificities of law requires training & oversight.
Thatโs a fair assessment of the situation in the UK but I donโt think Iโll ever be convinced that juries are an optimum (or even really good) way to do justice. Charm & charisma shouldnโt be a factor in any justice system.
I feel like judge oversight could be a thing. Some kind of monitoring of the judge, more than one judge, clearer laws. Iโm no expert in systems of law but I have a preference & saving juries isnโt a hill Iโd die on. Especially if weโre just talking about a reduction, not a ban.
