I wouldn’t, no. But I’m quite good with country names!
I genuinely think it could be a lovely shortcut to learning to punctuate - and even if not actually out loud, reading it at out-loud speed in your head. For me, it’s all about cadence… but maybe that’s because I’m a musician!

This also holds true on a micro level, too - accurate punctuation becomes so much more self-explanatory if you read your work to yourself (whether out loud or not). It is my number-one suggestion for people who ask for editing advice.
