According to Nate Bear's Substack ¡Do Not Panic!, after October 7, US drone manufacturer Skydio supplied more than 100 Al-powered surveillance drones to the Israeli military for use in Gaza. By 2025, US police departments across major cities began deploying the same drone models to monitor protests and public spaces.
Skydio now holds contracts with more than 800 US law enforcement and security agencies, up from 320 in early 2024. Federal agencies, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), use drones to track and pursue targets, while police departments launch them hundreds of times a day in towns and cities nationwide.
A March 2025 rule change expanded police drone use by allowing flights beyond visual line of sight and over crowded areas. The New York Police Department alone has flown drones more than 20,000 times in under a year, including at political protests.

And such dismissals will occur quickly—within 15 days of filing the appeal—allowing aliens to seek Federal court review expeditiously, rather than potentially waiting for years for a Board decision that in the vast majority of cases would affirm the underlying Immigration Judge decision.

IHSC's vision is to be the best health care delivery system in detention and correctional health care. IHSC's mission is to provide the safe delivery of high-quality health care to those in ICE custody.
IHSC, a component within ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), is the only entity within ICE responsible for assessing alien's fitness for travel as they prepare for deportation to their country of origin. IHSC oversees compliance with medical detention standards in contracted facilities and reimburses for off-site medical intervention received by aliens in ICE custody. IHSC supports ICE air operations for deportation flights and the U.S. Coast Guard with alien interdiction operations.

ICE confirmed that no person at Dilley is a criminal. If an individual has been tested and diagnosed with measles, they should be moved to a facility with the medical capacity for proper treatment and containment.
