I was happy to see the good sportsmanship on the ice between the US and Canadian hockey players. Not the result I wanted of course, but we are proud of our women's hockey team! As for Fox, just another reason not to visit the US.

I never take for granted flying home to Vancouver. As the plane comes in over the Pacific, UBC on my left, Richmond in front of us and then touchdown. "Welcome to Vancouver." says the pilot. Nice to travel and even nicer to come home. #yvr

The best part of this tiny red bathmat is it ends in a puddle.
Step 1: Put the shirt over your head inside-out, with the tag sticking down, hold the sleeves out to the side. Step 2: Take the sleeves and tie them in a knot behind your head. Step 3: Fold the top part of the collar up and under, close to your brows. Step 4: Pull bottom collar over nose and and folding the tag inside the shirt.
