TTK is an issue they're constantly grappling with in every balance patch, currently it lands on "low TTK compared to mobas, high compared to most shooters"
respawn times are long (longer the longer the match goes), but rollout is not, lanes have ziplines and the map is fairly contained

it doesn't really subvert the genre at all, moreso bolting stuff on top of it that changes it like source engine movement and an odd melee parry system
