No. We used to have a program to help you pay for the service but vets unenreolled b/c they weren't getting the money they were owed. They didnt get the money b/c the state didn't think it was important enough to keep funded. They eventually closed it down because of funding issues. Yay Alabama.
She's got a diaper on and I watch her like a hawk. Namely because a former neighbor tried to take her when she was a puppy.
You have no idea, lol. I have so much going on in this neighborhood all the time. Never a dull moment.
My neighbor has an intact male and they don't believe in leashes of fences. Mine stays in the fenced area during potty breaks. We will resume our walks in a few weeks. She is not a candidate for breeding, she just got her epilepsy badge.

My neighbors are used to be yelling weird things at her. Just last night, at 11:30 pm, she took off in the fenced area like she was going to hop it. I yelled something about her being a fat assed chicken. The vet said she needs to drop 20 lbs.
My dog, who is in heat, got out when I opened the door for a package. The security camera stopped recording just before I yelled GET BACK HERE YOU HORNY BITCH! She has a diaper on but the principal of the matter stands.
