Simple backgrounds, impressionistic or dream-like. Can be portrait or full body, but backgrounds should stay fairly simple. *Any species welcome! Doesn’t need to be a pet, can also be a species that means a lot to you. *In-house prints, up to 13 x 19in, may be added. *High res file is included. *I currently don’t have any examples of this type of commission, just the inspiration which sparked the idea. You just get hints - a favorite book, a hobby like gardening, a meaningful spot in the woods. Your companion loves you, and your world is their realm to explore! *Any species welcome! *Full illustration, with a background, but the focus will still be the pet(s). Please keep in mind, nature-y things tend to be my strongest suit, more mechanical or technical backgrounds will take more time, and therefore add to the cost. *In-house prints, up to 13 x 19in, may be added. *High res file is included.

Either way, whispy cloud-like formations will be involved. *While this theme began as "Cloud Cats", your character can be ANY animal, or even your original character. *Can be a single character no background, or a full illustration. *In-house prints, up to 13 x 19in, may be added. Magnets are no longer available. *High res file is included.

From the Nebula Cat series, "Aspiration". Not all cloud cats carry earthly weather on their back. A fantasy red and powder blue cat plays with a star, and who carries a whole space nebula on their back!

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

No matter how many times I do this, my brain is going to scream, "But how will my chonky little girl survive skipping her favorite meal?!" So pro tip for neurotic pet guardians - don't be ashamed if your note keeping is on the boarder of obsessive. (Just keep it organized, in case you go back).

A habit I never knew would pay off - neurotically writing down everything. I’m anxiously planning for Shia’s ultrasound and am so nervous about the sedation. But I still have all my notes from 2 years ago, and am remembering how it was done before. More importantly, she made it through just fine.

Ah geez, I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with that! Those situations are nerve racking. Agreed, he needs to take that behavior seriously and do something about it. I’ve seen too many instances where the owner blows it off, and it spirals into an unmanageable situation.

Got a quote from the vet today, to do an ultrasound for Shia’s digestive issues. It's... yikes... but needs to be done. The bills so far this year have really been adding up, the regular job just can’t cover all of this, (plus we've been losing hours), I feel like I’m drowning.

Ever since clearing the commission list, I’ve been itching to do more digital pet portraits. Ideas for themes have been bouncing around in my head, but I was hoping to finish off the new line of sculpts first. Life of course has different plans…

For a Pokemon themed Tarot deck, this is the Nine of Swords card. Mega Banette holds his normal form in the palm of his hand. He curses others by pushing pins into himself. Sure, he's great at cursing, but there's a clear cost he has to pay - anxiety, despair and fear.

My Kalma has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The good news is she is in good health it may be low grade, meaning surgery will drastically improve life expectancy. The bad is it normally costs around $6000 and is time sensitive- things I just do not have.

Hm, I don't know much about the life cycle in orb weavers either, but the sac looks hatched to me. Hopefully they didn't hatch too soon due to the warm weather! Still totally worth seeing what happens come spring, the sac should provide some protection. The babies are super cute!
