The phyiso has really helped sort my shoulder out! I feel like a slightly used man!
I could do that!
It was 315, I didn’t pay attention and I thought yesterday was PR day! So I met my goal.
My should is feeling excellent at the moment, so I might do a Deadcember redo for April since I missed most of it in December.
I feel that pain. Man I like food!
Man, fried chicken is so good!
It ebbs and flows.
It moved so good.

315 today!
I’m feeling good, shoulder held up pretty good.
I’m doing Benchuary, I’m just going lighter. Shoulder is ok so far.
That’s the plan.
I got it all done in about 3.5 hours!
This morning in meal prep;
A Chicken and Red Lentil Stew
Breakfast Bowls
Chickpea and Kidney Bean Salad
Bonus cleaned blueberries and chicken stock! Dishes are done and now it’s time for some school work.
You know I think I’m going to eat an edible tonight and paint little plastic figurines and forget about life for a while.
As a Patricia I vote water buff.
It’s objectively better than Hyena Road though.
Passchendaele is the superior Paul Gross Canadian War movie product.
The rest of the work week we’ll cook the night of.
Looks delicious!
I’m fairly efficient.
My wife does lunches I do all the food prep for them when I cook on Sundays. I usually just make my breakfast for the week, but we have a busier week than usual so I did some meals too.
And I would give body parts for a a four day work week.
It takes a couple hours but it’s worth it in the long run.
Yeah it seems to.
My wife bought them, we kept to our weekly budget so I’m calling it a win.
We have a busier than usual week this week, I’ll pre-cook to make life easier on the household.
This week I made like a southwest bowl. Hashbrowns, ground chicken flavoured with taco seasoning, scrambled eggs.
Topped with salsa and poblano queso.
That’s also now done!
Man I remember the first time I drank a Jolt. It gave a nice kick.
Thank you!
It was the coffee that got me moving!
