I seriously love coming across your wholesome horrors in my feed. They always manage to brighten my day just a tiny bit.

Banjo runs on witchcraft and the dreams of the old ones, though. :p
The N64 is screaming for you to reduce the polycount. Looks great thus far!
There's this weird thing I keep seeing from right-wingers where they seem to assume that people they like must share their political views, to the point where they outright ignore evidence of the contrary, or like this case, where they invent an alternative narrative just to maintain their illusion.
*Rescind. You win the second round as well, autocorrect.
*Recind. You win this round, autocorrect.
I'd like to remind my previous statement regarding RE9. I watched a streamer play through the beginning, and it would seem my game absolutely shit itself for some reason. I still think the pacing is a bit off, but the general experience is not nearly as bad as I initially thought.
So I think the first hour or so of RE9 is straight-up garbage. It's janky as hell, and the pacing is all over the place. But once you get past that and the game lets you explore a larger environment, things get interesting. I'm getting Evil Within vibes. Excited to play more now.
Wondering if those numbers are inflated by people who have zero clue what they're doing and instead use ai to mash everything together for them.
You just gotta be fast. Grab it and jump back through the teleporter before the dude in the opposite tower has time to react. There's usually some noob on your own team just standing up there already, and they're a great distraction! The hard part is getting to the flag.
Well, I go to the bathroom to resolve either, so I guess it technically doesn't matter
OldUnreal has released their first patch for UT2004 along with a free download of the game - all approved by Epic Games. The patch also fixes various UnrealED issues such as the notorious editor freeze on win 10 and 11 when selecting an asset in the viewport. We're so back baby!
I would probably feel silly, but it's actually not a bad idea. I might look into that!
That looks and sounds amazing! I love skiing, but worry about messing up my knees. How long were/are you there?
Where were you?
Dude, I love these short videos of your process behind these tracks. I'm not a musician, but I still feel super inspired by them.
I accidentally bought sugar-free chocolate balls once. After having spent a few hours on the toilet, my mistrust of my bowels was so great I decided to sleep in the bathtub.
There's a large number of people who don't actually know the telltale signs of ai and start screaming about it as soon as something looks off to them. I've seen plenty of false accusations that are obvious photoshops. I can't tell if they're arguing in bad faith or simply don't know better. :(
when the tech lead won't let anyone touch blueprint
Nothing says "we're doing great!" quite like the phrase "you need to give us more money!"
"I don't see what you mean, this looks like a perfectly mundane description of oh my god why..."
I want to make a new map for ut2004. It's been too long. I guess that could be my new year resolution or whatever.
We're 30 minutes into the mummy returns, and my friend who loves the movie had to pause it to rant about plot points that haven't been fully revealed yet. This is gonna be good.
I have yet to read an argument from the pro ai side that is void of lies or imagined scenarios.
It's ok to enjoy the little things. Yeah, it's good to challenge yourself as well, but if something brings you joy, there's no reason to stop doing it just because it's easy or small in scope. Not everything needs to be made to impress.
How would they know what prompts to use if they can't even express themselves? Jesus christ. There's so much communication involved in game dev! What the AI spits out will also pollute the original idea since it's unlikely to be a perfect match with your initial mental image. Draw ugly if you must!
Realistic expectations. I like it. ๐
I want to see more games where you are not the chosen one, and instead, you beat the shit out of the actual chosen one and save the world or whatever in their place because prophecies suck.
I have stopped venturing outside the Following tab simply because the algorithm keeps showing me shit I don't want to see.
At some point they have to realize they might not be a creative person... right?
