Remember years ago when they said the prevalence of Long Covid was only like 3%? Then it crept up to like 8-10%. Now some studies show 30+%. I don’t know about you, but I’m beginning to see a pattern.
If a significant portion of the population and decision-makers has already experienced an erosion of frontal lobe, impulse control, foresight, they can no longer act consistently.
Action requires executive functions: planning, discipline, ability to endure short-term sacrifices for long-term gain
It does not require high intelligence to sow hatred; it only requires the absence of moral inhibition.
