A question for women who hit menopause.
Did you find that sounds started to irritate you to the extreme? The sound of chewing, surgical instruments moving in bodies, crinkly sounds are some that are driving me around the bend. Considering special earplugs if this doesn't go away.

struggling with our losses to talk to.
Living in a small, remote area, we feel loss keenly. Even when not close to a person who dies.
Death is part of life but hopefully we can have the last 2 months of 2025 be tragic & accident deaths free.

It's hard for me to believe 3 months have past since I was last on Bluesky. It was a full of death spring & summer. I'm on Celebration of Life burn out. My heart hurts at the tragic losses of the young ones.

Marisol (mah-ree-sohl) & Killian are a joy to have in my life. No issues adapting to new home or me. I love how they sleep on my head or shoulders at night & boops on my nose with their noses.

Seeing shirts like this put me on high alert to watch out for the man's behavior. Too many times its been performative, men's actions speaking louder than a shirt with that fluffy saying on it. Just because a guy has women in his life doesn't make him a feminist.

After years, my curry is finally tasting like mom's so I'm ecstatic! Day 3 is always best curry leftover day to me.

They are an absolute joy to love & care for. So glad I decided to take both. We are having a great time bonding.

I went without hrt the first 18 months of perimenopause. I had felt so pressured by other women not to use hrt. Those months were miserable! Very sleep deprived due to 8-13 hot flashes a night. Mega moody, anxiety from hell. With hrt, so many symptoms alleviated. I LOVE having my sanity back!

Galicia is one of the most beautiful places I've visited. Loved it so much I took 2nd trip there.
