Had the most bizarre and tv-like dream where I (or was it someone else?) grew a giant second head on the back that started out as a pimple and it was a sentient conjoined twin head that woke up out of nowhere. Then there was some kind of shady magical dealer who could remove it for a heavy price.

Sooo the Dr didn’t hear me when I told her all the meds my dog took and didn’t realize she also took carprovet which can basically kill my dog. It’s been more than 1hr+ at this point so we’re trying to figure out if my dog will be all right or something worse happens. I don’t wanna lose my baby 😭
