This is no good. I like to think of you having a travelling butler and and your own personal chef and sommelier. Another dream shattered. (Joke)

15 potatoes in a square white dish. Covered in olive oil and crushed garlic. Next to the dish is a container of coarse sea salt.
Garlic, sparse mixed herbs, and olive oil on the hasselback potatoes, but should I add coarse salt? Oh! This isnβt Insta so I canβt do a poll. Drat. π
Any Clacton residents care to comment on their MPβs performance? Has Farage improved or maintained your area by any measure? bylinetimes.com/2026/03/05/r...
I choose to believe this is Trump putting the ring on Starmerβs finger, and that made me smile.
Political cartoon of a frog version of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. The frog has a megaphone and is claiming Crisis! Crisis! This time it really is a crisis! The pond is British Politics and a duck with earplugs in represents voters and a fish, the press. A sign in the background reads EU Crisis, Immigration Crisis, Political Crisis and Brexit Crisis
A single donor has given Reform UK Β£12m this year, accounting for 40% of ALL UK party donations.
Ironically, heβs a migrant from the UK living in Thailand. Apparently he expects nothing in return for his cash.
Unlike others, @greenparty.org.uk only gets funds from its members.
Also funding Misley Mandarin, the self declared Interim First Minister, and his attempted resettlement of the Chagos Islands. Farageβs failed mission to deliver βrelief aidβ and no doubt keep Trump up to speed with developments, got the media oxygen he is so dependant on.
A Trojan Dog? This wonβt end well.
Sky fairies have no place in the business of nations. Let any individual believe what they choose, but please donβt bring your faith to justify war on other humans. Well, thatβs how it should be but weβre stuck with this bullshit.
Because free and fair elections are a thing of the past in the US of A with Trump as Dictator in Chief.
Picture of a personβs left hand holding a silhouette of the peace sign, in their middle finger and thumb, against a setting sun.
Wouldnβt it be great if you could get 8.3bn people to agree in a peace to end all wars. #JustSaying
My guess is yes and even ironed and put it all away.
And then I woke up.
βIt is an established constitutional principle that at UK General Elections, voters cast their vote for individual candidates, and not the political party they represent.β
Itβs a government policy. I got a response from them explaining why it doesnβt trigger a by/election. Youβre voting for the person not the party. So, by extension, youβre not voting for the partyβs manifesto. Also, Labour = 13 U-Turns in as many months; so right back at you re manifesto.
Manifestos are meaningless. As proven by the response from government stating we vote for the individual not the party. This in response to MPs crossing the floor NOT triggering a by-election. Now elected Labour are peeing their majority up the wall and being weak especially on taxing the rich.
This Government will align with the single market where it is in the national interest and within our sovereign right to do so. It will deliver a partnership with the EU, based on common economic and cultural interests, and turn the page on a decade of failure.β
Disappointing, but expected.
@europeanmovement.co.uk This response from Jade Botterill concludes as βI do not support relitigating the referendum result, but we must repair the unnecessary harm of the deals negotiated in the last 10 years. (1/2)
I think thatβs because Labour are unrecognisable as Labour. I went from Labour to Co-op but that wasnβt far enough away and find Green is a much better fit. I sincerely hope youβre wrong about Farage.
Yup and not likely to play out like the bay of pigs did. Likely to test the Putin bromance.
They probably misunderstood the suffer the children bit.
Thankfully Badenoch nowhere near No. 10 otherwise weβd be right in thick of it and on the wrong side of history. Again. I just hope Starmer doesnβt wobble. Trump is like a rabid monkey; you just canβt tell what heβll do next, and we need to keep a healthy distance. That and do the right thing.
True but not many are laughing.

Got to be fair, and Iβm certainly no fan of R4Todayβs Nick Robinson, but he was quite firm with Badenoch this morning. Then again, she is an easy target. TF that she isnβt our PM.
So true and letβs not forget the extremists here are telling their troops that Trump was anointed by Jesus!
Thatβs not a trolley though, itβs the remnants of a cement mixerβ¦ So maybe mix fix?
And billionaires and privatisationβ¦
In other news; you just wonβt believe where bears do their business. After the break we ask βjust what religion does The Pope belong to?β Weβll be right back after this message from our sponsors.
It really is that simple.
