Targeting USAID shows that Musk's DOGE is not about efficiency but ideology. All of US foreign aid (non military) is less than 1% of the federal budget. Won't get to their purported $2T target.
If Musk and Trump really want to cut govt spending that much, they will cut Medicare and Social Security.
