Tonight’s dinner. I like to prep my baked potato a little differently. Bake it in the oven, then cut it up into 1” cubes. Then top with anything you can find in the fridge!

Made a ton of tomato soup last night. Just bake it, then blend it. Survival food for the coming snowpocalypse!

Fitting that the Land of the Rising Sun is going to mark the debut of the newly renamed Blue Dawn Racing with myself and @deedsy.bsky.social as the drivers.
The LPR McLaren fleet is out again! Tomorrow, the Dragon McLaren will be piloted by @deedsy.bsky.social and @vulonbii.bsky.social for the Suzuka 1000KM! And then on Monday, Deeds and Pan will be racing at Imola for the XMS RWC series! Updates will be posted here if possible!

That's our highest finish at Sebring yet! Deeds and Vulon bring home the #40 Dragon Cadillac GTP in P5 in the 2025 iRacing Sebring 12! Lots of moments where it looked difficult, but they pulled through🧡🐲
