Yeah 100%. But feel as though if there’s such an injury concern then why aren’t youngsters being tested out? The only problem i’ve had with City in recent years is the lack of use of our academy especially when we had such abundant talent.

Baffles me because as soon as i saw the lineup i saw the issues laid out in front of me. Fixing Walker will actually be a huge step to recovery.

This Kev and Grealish duo in midfield has made all the difference. Incredible and balanced and bringing Gundo up a level. Using Doku really effectively and his decision making has been so good. Shaky defence at times but it’s much better overall from City. Onto the next. MCFC OK

Jack finally showing the class we knew he had. Been wasted out wide but finally he’s showing what a player he has portrayed in glimpses in City colours. Struggle to see how Foden gets back in if Jack plays like this.

Haaland poor in front of goal but his linkup was brilliant. V good and the goal scoring will undoubtedly return. Kevin de Bruyne lit up the Etihad once again and Jack Grealish looked a player reborn. This duo returning made Gundo look like the player he was. Doku electric. Bernardo finally himself.

Kev and Grealish in the midfield works so well. Brought Gundo to another level too, linking up incredibly. Doku been outstanding too. Bernardo linking play up nicely. Haaland not bad. Defence need to look more solid
