I have donated over five gallons. They call me the jumper because I always jump when the needle goes on. "Look, the jumper's here!" I hate needles. I did it to show my thanks to the hospital for saving my then partner's life. Now I just understand the need.

Here is Tom the Office Cat in the warming pad box, safe from my frazzled efforts to at least approach getting caught up at the day job. That didn't stop him from trying to help again after a bit. Oh, the trials of an office manager cat.
My little sister and I had Thanksgiving together. No turkey but a low country boil and homemade biscuits. Then we talked about our plans for our trip to Rome over next Thanksgiving! Followed by homemade chocolate cream pie and pecan pie for dessert.

Today is bittersweet for me. I have run events with Dana Xain Events for 40 years. Today, at the Denver Dog Fair, I make my farewells song. Yes, I am retiring. I actually got to go and see events because the Ops team I trained has it all in hand.
