L.A. TACO Alberto Gutierrez was recently taken by ICE agents. According to the family, Gutierrez began to feel seriously ill last Friday, and his repeated requests for medical attention was denied. Alberto died around 1:00 a.m. on February 27. He was the sole provider for his wife and son. Gutierrez's death is currently the 9th death under ICE custody that we know of.
