Some people love it. Some people really (really) don’t. It’s my favourite thing we’ve ever made. Making this show was one of the great great times of the yynn career

Saw this tonight. Really enjoyed it. Hilary Mantel it isn’t. But it’s more interesting and subtly layered than it first appears. And challenging of its audience if they’re paying enough attention.

Strongly recommend this at the New Diorama in Camden. Great indepth rollicking tale of the revolution. Didn't realise how satisfying it would be to see a guillotine be constructed. The revolution is not over! On till the 14th December #theatre #London #FrenchRevolution
