You were talking about considering cells other than mast cells. When patients have super high PGD2 that's still considered an indication of mast cell issues, pretty specifically, yes?

Trauma psychotherapist here who's had the privilege of working with 100s of SA survivors. Let's all default to believing survivors. Full stop. Coming forward, be it at the local hospital or on a national stage, is fraught and often retraumatizing. It take serious courage and we should respect that.
I'm a lefty, left, left progressive. And I think this is such a good point - keeping genuinely principled, conservative jurists on the bench isn't a bad thing. We need all the "genuinely principled" jurists (and Electeds and humans) we can get.
LOVE how you're fighting the good fight on things like this, private equity firms, etc. Keep going; we're with you! ✊💙
These MAGA Electeds just keep unabashedly giving away the game. It's good, though. Put it all out there for folks to see, and then if the people still align with those Electeds they can't say "That's not me; I didn't know."
