you could also easily bracket it as anyone with an income over x amount of millions where if you cut their citizenship they can buy a golden citizenship somewhere else - Malta, USA, Portugal all have investment routes so its not like its an issue
This is where the politics really starts as you could argue UK taxes are too high and this is what creates exiles... Thatcher...
Or... for me if taxes can't be lowered... it would be targetting people that earn the vast chunk of their income in the UK but as citizens have moved to not pay tax...

Living abroad and paying tax elsewhere doesn’t automatically make someone a “tax exile.”
Citizenship comes with rights but also responsibilities, including contributing to society. If someone leaves the UK specifically to avoid tax while still expecting the benefits of citizenship well...

For me enterprise is my second fave after ds9.. Just everything conspired against it to get it cancelled… was a real shame… the theme tune doesn’t help… I think it was broadcast on channel 4 or 5 as well in the UK which broke the BBC thing… which also killed neighbours
